Who is responsible

What we collect

We only ask for what a journey needs. Most of it you type in yourself.

• Reservations: your name, and — if you choose to give them — your email address and phone number, together with the pickup and destination, the date and time, the number of passengers and bags, the vehicle you selected and any note you wrote.
• Contact form: your name, email address, phone number and message.
• Updates by email: the address you enter, if you ask to receive them.
• Technical data your browser sends on every request, such as your IP address, which our hosting provider records in ordinary server logs.

Why we hold it

To arrange and provide the ride you asked for, to reach you about it, to send a written confirmation when we agree a reservation, to answer the message you sent us, and to keep the records a Peruvian company is required to keep.

We do not sell your information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not profile you.

Who else sees it

Only the parties a journey actually involves:

• The driver assigned to your ride, who receives what is needed to collect you.
• WhatsApp (Meta), because the conversation that follows a reservation happens there. What you send on WhatsApp is also governed by Meta's own privacy terms.
• Our email delivery provider, which sends the confirmation messages we write to you.
• Our hosting and object-storage providers, which run this website and store the images published on it.
• Google, when you use the address suggestions in the booking form — the text you type in that field is sent to Google Places to return matching addresses.
• Peruvian authorities, where the law obliges us to respond.

Cookies

This website does not run advertising or analytics trackers. It sets two cookies, both functional: one remembers whether you are reading the English or the Spanish edition, and one keeps the site owner signed in to the private administration area. Neither follows you to other websites.

How long we keep it

Reservation records are kept for as long as we need them to provide the service and to meet Peruvian accounting and tax obligations. Contact messages are kept while the conversation is useful and then deleted. You can ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep.

Your rights

Under Peru's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 29733) and its regulation, you may ask us for access to your personal data, and ask us to correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Write to brunogutierrez37@gmail.com and we will respond within the periods the law sets.

If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may complain to the Autoridad Nacional de Protección de Datos Personales at the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.

Security

Traffic to this website is encrypted in transit. Access to reservation records is limited to PrymeCab and protected by an authenticated session. No system is perfect, and we will tell you if an incident affects your information.

Children

This website is not directed at children. Minors travel as passengers on a reservation made by an adult, and we do not knowingly collect information directly from them.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. The current version is always the one published here.
