Private City Tours of Lima, With Your Own Driver
Not a coach with forty strangers and a fixed timetable. A private vehicle, a driver who knows the city, and a route built around what you actually want to see — the murals of Barranco, the catacombs under San Francisco, a long lunch in Miraflores, or all three in one day.

The route is yours
You tell us what you want to see and how long you have. We plan the driving around it: the order of the stops, how long Lima traffic will really take between them, and where the vehicle can wait while you are inside.
Nothing is locked once the day starts. If lunch runs long, or a museum turns out to be worth two hours instead of one, the schedule moves. The driver waits, and you are not paying by the kilometre.
What Lima is worth stopping for
The historic centre — Plaza Mayor, the cathedral, and the catacombs beneath the Convent of San Francisco — reads very differently with someone who can drop you at the door and collect you two streets away instead of circling for parking.
Along the coast, Miraflores gives you the Malecón, the Huaca Pucllana rising out of a residential block, and Larcomar built into the cliff. Barranco, ten minutes further south, is the Puente de los Suspiros, the murals and the bars.
Lima is also one of the best places in the world to eat, and the restaurants worth the trip are spread across San Isidro, Miraflores and Barranco. A private car turns a reservation on the other side of the city into a non-issue.
Half a day, a full day, or several
City tours run on PrymeCab's hourly blocks — two, four, six or eight hours — with the vehicle and driver dedicated to you for the whole time. Multi-day itineraries are arranged the same way, agreed in advance over WhatsApp.

Frequently asked questions
- Is a tour guide included?
- No. PrymeCab provides private transportation with a driver who knows Lima, not a licensed tour guide. If you want a guide inside a museum or a huaca, tell us when you reserve and we will build the stop into the schedule.
- How long should a city tour of Lima be?
- Four hours covers the historic centre or the coastal districts comfortably. Eight hours covers both with a proper lunch in between. PrymeCab books in two, four, six and eight hour blocks.
- Can we change the plan during the day?
- Yes. The vehicle is yours for the block you booked, so stops can be added, dropped or reordered as the day goes.
- Can you take us outside the city, to Pachacámac for example?
- Tell us where when you make the request. Trips beyond the city are quoted individually, because of the distance and the hours involved.
- Can the driver keep our shopping and jackets in the car?
- Yes. Your belongings stay in the vehicle between stops, which is one of the reasons people book a car by the hour rather than taking separate rides.
